Lion's Gate Portal

& Money Pouring Ritual

The Lions Gate Portal takes place annually; this year it will open from the July 26 - August 12. It can be traced back to ancient Egypt and has been observed and honoured for thousands of years. The Lion’s Gate Portal marks the alignment between the earth and the fixed star, Sirius. During this time there is an increased surge of energy which catapults us into a time of rebirth and regeneration. Due to this portal, our connection with the divine is highlighted and activated through our heart center, third eye, and our higher chakras.

In this ritual we will:

Release the baggage that holds us back
Bring forth the energies to connect fully
Seed our thoughts and desires for optimal growth & expansion

We will close out the ritual with a Sacred Money Pouring ceremony and then have a light feast to seal in the good juju

Please bring the following:

A light snack or sweet treat to share
A beverage for yourself (tea and water will be provided)
44 cents in as many coins as possible
A small lidded container to take water and coins back with you
A small personal item for the altar (you will take this home with you)
A blanket/cushion/chair to sit on
A clear quartz crystal (you will take this home with you)
A glass/jar for drinking during the ritual
A notebook/journal to record your thoughts/experience
Bug spray (optional)
